Police are appealing for information after a man and woman were robbed on Outram Street in Middlesbrough.
The incident occurred at 9:15pm on Thursday when the couple, who are both in their 20's, were approached by a man who pushed the male victim over and stole his phone.
The male suspect is described as being a white male and he was wearing a black cap and long sleeved top and a face mask.
Any witnesses or anyone with information is asked to contact Cleveland Police on the non-emergency number 101, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council have announced that home testing kits for Covid-19 are now available to everyone in the borough.
Previously, the tests were only available to families with school age children but now everyone is being encouraged to test twice a week.
The home testing, or rapid lateral flow, test kits are for people who do NOT have Covid-19 symptoms.
The home testing kits can be ordered online from the gov.uk website, by calling 119, or in person at one of the council's testing centres across the borough.
