Family Release Photograph Following Fatal Collision in Hemlington
Police have released a photograph on behalf of the family of Andrew Corfield.
39-year-old Andrew, from the Hemlington area, died following a collision involving a silver Ford Fiesta and a silver Hyundai Santa Fe at the junctions of Cass House Road and Fordyce Road in Hemlington at around 7.30pm last night, Tuesday 28th October.
The photograph shows Lisa Corfield and Andrew Corfield and their children Owen, Alice and Amy (left to right).
An 18-year-old man arrested in connection with the incident remains in police custody this afternoon.
Police would appeal for any witnesses to the collision to contact them on 101, quoting event number 190341.
