Police remain in the area in and around Richmond Court in Grangetown after a series of incidents there which are all currently being linked.
Cleveland Police say that they received numerous calls from shortly after 6pm yesterday evening.
A black vehicle, believed to be a Volvo SUV, was driven into an address and a vehicle was set alight in the same road, whilst criminal damage was caused to yet another address.
Also, a 43-year-old man was taken to hospital with a serious injury to his arm after being assaulted - his injury is not currently believed to be life-threatening.
Police say that they understand that local people will be extremely concerned at the events, officers say they believe the incidents are targeted and linked, and therefore they do not believe there is any risk to the wider public at this time.
Concerted efforts to locate and arrest anyone involved are ongoing and we would urge anyone with information or any relevant footage to contact Cleveland Police as a matter of urgency on the non-emergency number 101.
The warrant was carried out on Evesham Road on Wednesday.
A large amount of cannabis was recovered from the property.
A 39-year-old man was arrested and charged with two counts of possession with intent to supply Class B drugs.
He is due to appear at Teesside Magistrates Court today, Thursday 16th October.
Detectives are appealing for information after a BMW motorbike was taken from a garage and are urging anyone with potentially useful CCTV or dash cam footage to come forward.
It follows an incident in Grey Towers Drive, Nunthorpe, which occurred between 3am and 4am on Friday, September 26th.
Cleveland Police has said the offender, or offenders, are believed to have broken into the property via a door at the back of the house.
A number of tools as well as "games equipment, a watch and golf clubs" were taken from the home. The offenders also damaged a lock on the garage door and removed a BMW motorbike.
A number of tools that were inside a shed were also taken.
