A court has ordered a house in our area to be closed after reports of antisocial behaviour;

Meanwhile a rented house in Brotton has been closed by magistrates after officers from East Cleveland neighbourhood police team and the local authority presented evidence of persistent crime and antisocial behaviour to them;

...and a number of arrests have been made following a spate of shed and garage burglaries in the Hemlington area of Middlesbrough in recent weeks.

Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council has been forced to close a set of public toilets in Redcar following a deliberate fire;

Two people have been arrested after armed police were called to an estate in Middlesbrough;

...and wildlife is being encouraged to thrive in open spaces across our area in the coming weeks.

Two men have been charged in connection with a robbery on Redcar High Street;

Police in Middlesbrough have arrested two males on suspicion of drugs offences;

...and Redcar Coastguard Rescue Team helicopter made a landing at James Cook University Hospital after a person was injured offshore.
